The General Command of Umm Al Quwain Police, represented by the Traffic and Patrols Department – Traffic Awareness and Media Branch, launched the fourth sub-campaign under the slogan “Driving is a Lifestyle”, as part of the operational plan for 2020.
Colonel Khalid Ali Muhammad Bu Asaiba, Acting Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department, said: The implementation of the campaign comes as an embodiment of the strategy of the Ministry of Interior and the General Command of Umm Al Quwain Police within the framework of initiatives for implementing traffic awareness programs; To achieve the highest levels of safety and traffic awareness among members of society and road users, and to make the roads safer and safer, pointing out that this campaign aims to educate motorists about driving ethics, and to abide by traffic laws and regulations while driving the vehicle, and contribute to instilling the concept of traffic awareness among drivers in particular and users. The road is public.
The Colonel praised the cooperation of all authorities concerned with traffic safety in all public and private sectors.
